Registration fees for the year 2010–11 will remain the same

PAID IN JUNE	$15.00 – Returning Students	$20.00 – New Students (GST included)
PAID AFTER JUNE	$20.00 – Returning Students	$25.00 – New Students (HST included)

New students must register in person. While registering, we invite you to take a tour of the studio.Returning students may register over the phone. For information regarding fees, please contact the studio at 604-299-6111.

Policies

Students are required to make a full year’s commitment as each class is progressive. Tuition is based on the full year (September to June), not by the individual class or by the month. Tuition may be paid in full or in installments, Semester 1 and Semester 2.
Only pre-dance classes (3 years old) are on a monthly basis. No registration fee is required. Students in the pre-dance classes do not participate in our year end recital.
All classes are payable in advance by post-dated cheques, cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard .
Automatic monthly deductions are available for Visa and MasterCard holders.
If you decide to discontinue your classes, please notify us immediately. Refunds will not be given for the month that notification is received.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
A NSF fee of $20.00 will be charged.
The studio is closed during all statutory holidays, with the exception of Remembrance Day.
All other fees for costumes, ballet exams, privates, class photographs, competitions and choreography will be billed separately.

Costumes

Costumes for competitions and our year-end Encore performances are ordered by the studio and purchased by the student. The minimum fee per costume is $70.00 (plus HST). Full payment for costumes are required by November 30. All competitive students are required to make a $60.00 deposit per costume by November 30. All costumes are professionally made, parents are not involved in the costuming process.

HST is now included in all fees, including costumes, competitions, choreography etc.
